New Construction
Coleone Design will coordinate with your builder and/or architect to ensure your new home functions for YOU and brings out YOUR style.
You will receive thoughtfully tailored selections for all your interior finishes such as paint, tile, lighting, and countertops.
Your builder will receive a comprehensive design construction packet - including custom cabinetry drawings, room elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish selection spreadsheets. This ensures all trades are on the same page and leaves out any guess work.
Visiting the site throughout the process - tile installations, countertop templating, plumbing rough-in review will help ensure details are followed through on and potential problems are averted.
Renovations & Additions
Whether you have ideas you’re unsure how to execute or need help rearranging a layout to give it a finer function, we are here to help. You’ll receive custom drawings including demolition plans, elevations, finish selections and all the details your contractor needs to elevate your space.
Short Term Rentals
Your guests will be writing rave reviews because your home will include all the details that make a “home away from home” both cozy and convenient. From furniture procurement and floor plans to accessories and guest guides, your home will be Instagram worthy and ready to be shown off!
E-design & Design Quickies
Don’t live in Western North Carolina, but want to work together? Maybe you’re just tired of that blank wall or need a new furniture layout. This is the option for you. This service is customized to your needs and provides all the details for you to execute the design on your own.
Furnishings
You’ll receive a custom, curated selection of all the furniture and accessories needed to create a space that reflects your style and needs. This will include all the visuals you’ll need to peek into what the final look will entail before you purchase anything.
For local clients, you can sit back while we order and track all the goodies. This also gives us the opportunity to shop locally to reduce shipping costs and the environmental impact. Our professional partners will assemble and deliver your furniture. We work with numerous vendors vetted to ensure quality craftsmanship, comfort and durability.
